Increase The MQ For Individual Muscle Groups To Improve Overall Performance

“I have always been active and I lead an adventurous lifestyle. I’ve worked out all my life, and being in the military requires that I be in the best shape possible. The military focuses on only a few areas of the body so there is a huge personal responsibility to ensure that you stay well rounded on your own. I’m also a triathlete so for me, being strong in every area is especially important.

Improving specific areas helped me to also improve my performance in triathlons, specifically.
